Hi I  just wanted to put it in writing what a great job you all do with Stretch & Grow and how we all enjoy every session here at Trafalgar Day Nursery. Every session is filled with activities that not only teach children about exercise but about themselves as a whole. It is also great how each activity is linked to the EYFS as this really helps all the staff in their observations of their key children. As you know my daughter also attends the nursery and is in the pre-school room and so I get to see the results of the stretch & grow sessions every week! My daughter is 3yrs old and already knows which day is Stretch & grow day, being excited about you all coming and telling me she will be doing her ‘exercises’!
