You have got to have lots of energy, You have got to be fit, perhaps a little bit zany. You need to be a good communicator have an Interest in health and well being and eating healthily. Always have a smile on your face You have to enjoy children and love to be around them. You have to posses good listening skills, be able to respond to children to create a child lead initiatives. Be professional believe in quality and have patience.
