Altrincham & Hale Stretch-n-Grow

Stretch-n-Grow Altrincham began in 2008. We also cover Hale and surrounding areas. I am very proud to say that many many nurseries who started with us in the first few months are still Stretching and Growing every week!

I first heard about Stretch-n-Grow from my then three-year-old son. He came home from nursery one day enthusing about a new imaginative exercise class he had taken part in. “It’s brilliant Mummy!”

So I had to find out Investigate what this was all about!   

We are a small, very friendly team with a lot of experience between us. We teach up to 1,000 children per week, so we are busy keeping 2,000 little legs jumping and 1,000 little hearts beating fast.

I feel that our business provides the best of both worlds: Being part of the world’s largest health and fitness company for small  children gives us the backing, processes and ideas to provide a high quality programme. Us being a small local team means that we get to know our settings really well and we can provide a flexible  solution to meet your needs.

Programmes available in Altrincham & Hale

We run a wriggler  programme for 1-2 year olds, wobbler programme for 2-3’s, Preschool for 3-4’s and reception programme for 4-5 year olds.All fun & fabulous & linked to the EYFS!

Stretch-n-Grow offers nurseries in the Altrioncham and Hale area a comprehensive fitness and nutrition programme for children from 12 months to 7 years old. The programme is delivered through fun, weekly classes conducted by trained instructors.
