“I was a little shy at first, but Stretch-n-Grow made me feel right at home. We played games where we had to work together, like passing a ball without dropping it. I made new friends, the teachers were so encouraging, they helped us cheer each other on. It wasn’t just about exercise; it was about being part of a team. I felt happy and excited every time I went to Stretch-n-Grow. It’s not just a class; it’s a place where you can be yourself and have fun with friends.”
“Stretch-n-Grow is a burst of energy! Imagine a room filled with colorful mats, soft balls, and bouncy hoops. We started with a warm-up, jumping and wiggling to music that made me want to dance! Then, we had obstacle courses! Crawling under tunnels, stepping over cones, and balancing on wobbly boards – it was like a mini-adventure playground. We even used big, soft balls to play catch and roll them to each other. Every activity was different, and every activity made me smile. The best part? It wasn’t just about running around; we learned about healthy snacks and how our bodies need to move to stay strong. It was like a secret code to having fun and being healthy!”
